A little bit about me...
Born and raised all over the world, mainly in Durham. I have a Fine Art degree, studying and living in London for four years. Moved to Bristol to do the Three Month Animation Course at UWE, learning invaluble skills in traditional drawn animation and how a duck might dance. Have been working for the past two years as an artworker at 422 South, Bristol, creating concept art, matte paintings, storyboards and character development.
I also spend a lot of time illustrating squirrels and other animals, having my first solo exhibition of illustrations and artwork at room212, Bristol in September 2009. I am currently working on illustrations for a children's book.
If not in my studio, I can be found drawing trees in parks or people in coffee shops.
Used to have lopsided bunches, thanks to my skill at tying my own hair up at the age of five.
Have an undying love for polarbears and wildlife documentaries.
Have always drawn and always will...
